Refund & Cancellation Policy

At masupports.com (a project under M. A. Medical Supports), we strive to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled or refunded.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped or dispatched. A full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. No return or refund will be entertained after dispatch except in cases covered under Section 2 below.
2. Returns & Replacement
masupports.com is a platform connecting customers with independent medical and healthcare vendors. As a general rule, our vendors do not support returns. Returns will only be considered under the following strict conditions:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged or defective product received.
- Product not as described on the website.
To initiate a return request under the above conditions, customers must contact support within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. The product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
Non-Returnable Products - No Exceptions
The following are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- All wearables of any kind
- Orthopaedic supports (braces, belts, collars, splints, etc.)
- Rehabilitation products
- Wheelchairs, commode chairs, and all mobility aids
- Consumable medical supplies (syringes, gloves, bandages, etc.) once opened
- Any item that has been opened, used, or removed from original packaging
- Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer negligence
Limited Exception - Unopened Equipment Only
Sealed, unopened medical equipment (not falling under the non-returnable categories above) may be considered for return, subject to vendor approval, provided the request is raised within 7 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by the vendor.
- If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to vendor error (wrong or defective product).
- No refund will be issued for non-returnable product categories under any circumstance.
4. Vendor Responsibility
Each vendor on masupports.com is responsible for their specific return and warranty policies, provided they comply with applicable Indian law. masupports.com acts only as an intermediary and does not process refunds directly unless otherwise specified.
