Before Dispatch:
Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped/dispatched.
A full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.
After Dispatch:
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Customers may request a return (if eligible) after delivery, subject to vendor’s return policy.
Products are eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:
Wrong product delivered.
Damaged or defective product received.
Product not as described on the website.
To initiate a return:

Products not eligible for return:

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by the vendor.
If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to vendor error (wrong or defective product).
Each vendor on masupports.com is responsible for defining their specific return & warranty policies, provided they comply with Indian law.
