Limited Exception - Unopened Equipment Only

The only exception to our no-return policy applies to medical equipment that is strictly unopened and unused. To qualify:

• The item must be in its original, sealed packaging.
• The item must not have been used or tampered with in any way.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
• The return request must be raised within a reasonable time from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:

• Wheelchairs, commode chairs, and mobility aids
• Any product that has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging
